Shipping Fees
- The customer bears the shipping costs in cases of exchange or return due to change of mind or size.
- In the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivery, the store bears all shipping costs, and compensation or replacement will be provided at no additional charge.
Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Accepted
- Products that have been used or damaged after receipt.
- Products that have been washed or had their tags removed.
- Custom-made or special-order items (if applicable).
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper storage.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Products
